1. What should I do if I receive damaged items
We are sorry to hear that. Please send us a photo of the damaged item and we will promptly send you a replacement. Please note that small imperfections from shipping are not eligible for replacement.

2. I missed picking up my package and it was returned. What happens now
If your package was returned to us because it was not picked up, we can refund the cost of the items, but shipping fees are non refundable. If you would still like to receive your order, just email us, pay the shipping fee again and we will resend the package.

3. I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it
Of course. Email us and once you return the item and cover the shipping cost for the exchange, we will send you the correct size.

4. I do not like the item I received. Can I return it
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused item to us for a refund. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded in this case.
