1. What should I do if I receive damaged items?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please send us a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll promptly send you a replacement. Please note that minor issues, such as slightly bent vinyl corners, may occur during delivery, and these won't be eligible for replacement.

2. I missed picking up my package, and it was returned. What happens now?
If your package was returned to us because it wasn’t picked up, we can refund the cost of the items, but unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you’d still like to receive your order, just email us, pay the shipping fee again, and we’ll resend the package.

3. I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Of course! Email us, and once you return the item and cover the shipping cost for the exchange, we’ll send you the correct size.

4. I don't like the item I received. Can I return it?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused item to us for a refund. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded in this case.
